How do I place a custom order? Add your product to the cart and you'll be prompted to upload your photo at checkout. If you have something specific in mind, just send us an email before ordering and we'll make sure we get it right.

How long does it take? Most orders are made and ready within 3 to 5 business days. We'll keep you posted along the way.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes! We're based in Plainfield, Indiana and happy to arrange local pickup. Select that option at checkout or mention it in your email.

Can I see a preview before you make it? Reach out and we can talk through what works best for your photo and the look you're going for.
